Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to exercise second level supervisory and managerial authorities over subordinate element chiefs and advise the Squadron Commander on the management of the housing program to ensure that installation housing programs maintain an effective and efficient housing program.
Key Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Housing Flight. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents Housing Flight with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Defines, advocates and manages resources for the Housing Management Flight activities to ensure services and functions are in line with organizational goals and mission requirements.
