Job Summary

This position is located in the Human Resources Division, Arlington, VA. The selectee of this position serves as a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (HRD-DAD).

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the USMS Human Resources programs; Office of Employee and Labor Relations, Office of Compensation, Benefits, and Processing, Office of Administrative Staffing, Classification, and Audits, Office of Law Enforcement Programs; and Office of Health Administration.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (HRD-DAD) at the GS-0201-15 level, some of your typical work assignments may include: Serves as a primary Human Resources Management advisor to the Assistant Director, Human Resources Division. Primary Human Resources point of contact with the Department of Justice (DOJ), Justice Management Division (JMD). Participates in Human Resources budget preparation, review, and defense.

Formulates policies and prescribes rules, regulations, and procedures governing the execution of Human Resources requirements.
