Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as the Installation Deployment Officer (IDO) and first level supervisor of the Plans and Integration Section; provides planning, direction, organizing and exercise control over nonsupervisory employees and military members assigned to the section. Key Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of Plans and Integration Section, ensuring that the Plans and Integration Section complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Serves as the primary Installation Deployment Officer (IDO). Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Plans and Integration Section/Installation Deployment Readiness Cell, ensuring compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements to meet customer needs.
Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Conducts core competency and upgrade training to military and civilian personnel. Directs, coordinates, and oversees work through subordinate supervisors, military and civilian personnel. Represents the 20th LRS in various installation and functional areas.
Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Installation Support Agreement (SA), Base Support Plans and War Reserve Materiel (WRM) programs to meet peacetime and wartime operations.
