Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to NGB A1M, Manpower, Organization & Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of Combat Air Forces Manpower Requirements, ensuring that manpower requirements program complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
Represents Combat Air Forces Requirements section with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Develops Manpower Requirements Program guidelines, procedures, and operational concepts for the section to ensure effective and consistent accomplishment of manpower requirements studies and projects throughout the ANG.
Attends meetings conferences and briefings related to program planning, policy changes, controversial issues, assumption of mission and site activation and proposed legislation.
