The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to HQ AFRC/A1MM.
Key Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of HQ AFRC/A1MM sections, ensuring that the AFRC Management Engineering Program (MEP) complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents HQ AFRC/A1MM with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
Conducts and/or leads studies and/or initiatives to improve command functional areas that often involve long-range, highly complex, and sensitive topics.
