Job Summary
This position is located in the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Chief Information Officer, headquartered in Washington, District of Columbia. Key Responsibilities
As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will: Lead Department-wide Records Management and Information Governance programs, developing policies, strategies, and initiatives to ensure compliance with Federal records management laws, regulations, and government-wide guidance.
Direct enterprise records lifecycle management, overseeing the creation, maintenance, retention, disposition, and modernization of paper and electronic records systems to support mission operations and digital transformation. Supervise professional and administrative staff, providing leadership in workforce planning, performance management, employee development, and resource allocation to achieve organizational objectives.
Serves as the senior advisor on records management and information governance, providing authoritative guidance to executive leadership on policy, compliance, risk management, and operational issues. Evaluate program performance and operational effectiveness, directing continuous process improvements, overseeing automated records management systems, and ensuring compliance with Federal information management requirements.
