The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the 442d Mission Support Group.
As such, the incumbent will administer and direct the Group Commander's Support Staff functions to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of 442d Mission Support Group, ensuring that the Commander Support Staff complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. - Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. - Represents the 442 MSG with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. - Performs Commander's Support Staff functions.
