Typical work assignments include: Supervising staff responsible for assessing the productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency of program operations and objectives.
Assigning and explaining work requirements to subordinate staff while establishing production standards and preparing performance work plans and appraisals. Resolving problems involving interpretation of the law and of Department policy Resolving complaints and grievances and carrying out Equal Employment Opportunity policies and program activities.
Providing complex administrative services, including, but not limited to, management and information systems, budget, finance, procurement, personnel, telecommunications, logistics, records and files, printing, mail, travel, and office equipment.
