The primary purpose of this position is: To exercise first level supervisory authorities over the 350 SWW Plans and Programs Directorate, Requirements Plan Division, supervising the Wing Support Agreements, Emergency, and Unit Deployment Managers, Facilities and Requirements planner/contractors.
Manages 350 SWW Wing-level planning activities and status of issues as they relate to the Air Staff, HQ ACC and 350 SWW strategic requirement, plans and programming objectives, prepares staff reports and key issue documents for use of senior official during 350 SWW decision forums, such as, 350 SWW Senior Staff meetings, Plan and Site Activation Task Force conferences and Working Group meetings to integrate requirements with resources to accomplish DoD, Air Force and Wing level strategic objectives.
Provide Wing-level assessments to ensure senior leaders are fully cognizant of all aspects Wing activation related planning efforts and associated issues. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of higher-level management or headquarters.
Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the 350 SWW Requirements Plan Division, ensuring that all aspects of requirements plans services complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Develop goal, objectives, and procedures for accomplishment of Requirements Plans functions that integrate with the Wing's objectives. Represents the 350 SWW Requirements Plans in a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
Establishes, develops and maintains effective working relationships with the host installation, 350 SWW units, HQ ACC and other serviced organizations at various levels as required. Provides expertise, authority, and advice on all aspects of the Wings Plans and Programs functions.
Provides management oversight and serves as Wing Commander's representative for the following Wing level programs: Support Agreement Management, Signature Management, International Treaty Compliance, Base Support Planning Program, HQ AF, and HQ ACC, USAF Warfare Center special interest items.
