Job Summary
About the position: As a Management Support Specialist at the Hydroelectric Design Center (HDC), you will drive key personnel and mission processes. You will: Edit position descriptions, process RPAs, manage temporary details, and brief workforce metrics; Monitor compliance and follow up on training requirements; and Oversee 90-day check-ins and quarterly Capable Workforce sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Advise managers and supervisors on recruitments strategies, applicant sources, and position management.
