Job Summary
The incumbent of this position supervises a staff of program support employees within the immediate office of the Asset Management Branch (AMB). The AMB Chief will be responsible for managing a staff of professional employees in the planning, research and development of policies, procedures and programs that relate directly to the support of the lifecycle of an asset.
Key Responsibilities
The major duties of the Supervisory Program Analyst position include, but are not limited to, the following: Exercises full supervisory authority over Program Analysts, Contractors, and other administrative and technical support personnel assigned within the immediate office of the Asset Management Branch. Assigns work, reviews it for technical accuracy and adherence to the law and appropriate regulations, and evaluates employee performance.
Develops and implements policies, procedures and programs that relate to the support of the life cycle of an asset. Prepares budgetary requirements and justifications for the activities and programs of the Branch and manages centrally controlled contracts budgetary items for which the Branch is responsible.
