Key Responsibilities
The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to A5/7XD Design Development Division, Force Design Directorate. Duties: Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of Design Development Division, ensuring that future force design integration complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents the Force Design Directorate with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Maintains a continuous liaison with other Air Staff, other service headquarters counterparts, and DOD offices to integrate force design into the Air Force SPPBE support actions.
This position is with HQ USAF and Support Elements, Department of the Air Force.

The posted pay range is $169279 – $220065/yr.
