The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the 603 Air Operations Center (AOC), Strategic Planning and Future Operations Division, A35.
Key Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of 603 AOC/A35, ensuring that A35 complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management. Represents A35 Future Operations and Strategy Division with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
Analyze, develop, and evaluate detailed plans, goals, and objectives for long-range implementation of assigned major command program(s) and major weapon systems.
