Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to Holloman Youth & Teen Center.
Key Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of a segment of the Youth Recreation Activities section, ensuring that Youth & Teen Center complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities; Represents (Youth Programs) with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
Develops comprehensive short and long term budgets and fiscal requirements to meet (Youth) program's objectives and maintain internal control. Provides safe and healthy environments for youth; Performs public relations duties. Plans and conducts intervention and positive activities for at-risk youth; Determines adequacy of facility and equipment.
