The primary purpose of this position is to exercise second level supervisory and managerial authorities over group operations (standardization/evaluation, plans/programs, and budgeting/programming), for the 820th Base Defense Group.
Duty 1: Advises the operational activities of 820th Base Defense Group. Duty 2: Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Duty 3: Represents base defense group with a variety of installation, functional area organizations, numbered air force, MAJCOM, and HAF.
Duty 4: Advises on full range of integrated defense operations and oversees special projects, initiatives and special assignments to include long-term planning, functional/technical advice and guidance, and continuity of management.
