The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to 8 FW/CDS.
Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of (insert organization), ensuring that the installation SAPR program and personnel comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents (the organization) with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
Serves as the installation Supervisory Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC) to comply with Department of Defense (DOD) requirements, developing and managing prevention and support programs and activities for sexual harassment and sexual assault reporting and advocacy options, victim assistance needs and appropriate referrals, as directed by the Principal SARC.
Ensures the development and implementation of prevention and response program activities and efforts relating to sexual assault.
