The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor for planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory Specialists, including, but not limited to, Spectrum Managers and Enterprise Land Mobile Radio Managers. Also performs duties as a Subject Management Expert providing a wide range of services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of AETC CSS/SCSD Mission Support Section, ensuring that telecommunications systems complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. 2. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. 3. Represents HQ AETC/A6 with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. 4. Maintains standards for required programs to support mission needs. 5.
Functions as the technical authority for implementation of projects for Spectrum Management, PWCS, Mobile Satellite Service, and ELMR.
This position is with Air Education and Training Command, Department of the Air Force.
