Key Responsibilities

Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the section/unit, ensuring that the courses taughtcomply withlegal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities Develops and/or revises lesson plans and training materials Instructs students through assigned blocks of instruction at basic and/or advanced levels Represents the training unit/element supervised with a variety of installation and functional area organizations and works on special projects as directed
