Responsible for ensuring quality assurance activities are conducted for Materiel Management operations servicing the 47th Flying Training Wing, supported tenant units and other base and associated organizations, receive Supply support that meets or exceeds requirements.
Serves as the Primary Supply Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for Service Provider (SP)-managed supplies and equipment accounts and the primary oversite of NWRM, SA/LW storage, security requirements and government furnished property and equipment.
Independently establishes performance management plans and a systematic pattern of actions necessary to ensure that contracted operations for material management; inventory, accounting documentation and contingency services are performing satisfactorily in meeting wing mission and performance requirement goals.
Serves as the Materiel Management operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Materiel Management functions to ensure the BOS SP provides services IAW PWS and/or contract requirements. Interfaces with personnel within the agency and occasionally AF/MAJCOM Functional Managers to discuss problematic issues, solicit feedback/expectations, and determine changing mission support requirements.
Responsible for analysis of contractor and government customer satisfaction surveys, mission impact and complaint systems ensuring accuracy, responsiveness and problem resolution.
