Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to provide developmental experience designed to broaden the skills and/or enhance the leadership perspective of an identified high-potential, mid-level manager/executive; it is not a continuing position, assignment duration is NTE 36 months.
Key Responsibilities
Performs career broadening assignments in the development, analysis, and maintenance of program information. Performs career broadening assignments involving researching, analyzing, understanding and implementing Squadron-wide programs. Conducts, leads, and/or participates in studies to improve assigned programs. Represents the Force Support Squadron with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
