The selectee will serve as a Training Program Analyst in the Office of Field Operations, National Computer Forensics Institue. Typical work assignments include: Coordinating, analyzing, evaluating, and improving extensive training to ensure it meets program objectives and all applicable regulations. Presenting operational requirements and plans related to educational equipment, systems, and new materials to evaluate training proposals and objectives.
Evaluating training programs for effectiveness, efficiency and alignment with course objectives. Researching any issues/deficiencies to make recommendations regarding the overall execution of these subprograms. Analyzing operational training programs and their interrelationships to conduct needs analysis and studies of current and project Division-wide programs.
