Job Summary

You will serve as a Utility Systems Repairer - Operator with the National Park Service.

Key Responsibilities

Major Duties include: Install, modify, repair, maintain, troubleshoot, test, circuits, systems, and associated fixtures, controls, and equipment such as electrical wires and circuits. Install, diagnose, and make repairs on commercial and residential air conditioning systems that provide for a variety of air conditioning functions such as heating, cooling, humidifying, dehumidifying, cleaning, filtering and circulation.

Install , modify, and repair new and existing utility, supply, and sewage systems and equipment such as sewage, water, oil, gas distribution systems, and water closets, tubs, sprinklers, and showers, sinks, faucets, etc. For more information about Great Smoky Mountains National Park, please visit: Great Smoky Mountains National Park (U.S. National Park Service).

There is no substitution of education for experience for Federal Wage System (FWS) positions.
