This position is located in the Business Office Service Branch, within the Division of Administration Services, at the Crownpoint Service Unit, Crownpoint, New Mexico. This position performs accounts receivable support functions through the follow-up process of all outstanding patient account within the Business Office. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).
Oversees accounts receivable and outstanding account reimbursements functions Processing a wide variety of transactions and compiling reports for third party billing activities and accounts Generate aged reports for follow ups and collection of outstanding accounts Reviews patient accounts to determine the status of account. Coordinates collections for third party reimbursement program.
