Key Responsibilities

As an Workforce Relations Liaison you will: Liaison with pertinent HRO teams to provide updates to the assigned CIO on matters impacting their management team. Assist management with understanding the terms of collective bargaining unit agreements and basic employee rights/privileges after conferring with the appropriate HRO department to ensure collaboration and garnering HRO's approval.

Keep CIO leadership and staff abreast of Union issues by working effectively with HRO to bridge misunderstandings and correct out-of-line situations. Review and assist management with direction and recommendations regarding performance plans and provides technical information on performance management systems after conferring with the appropriate HRO department to ensure collaboration and garnering HRO's approval.

Requirements & Education

Foreign Education: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show that the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
