Receive children and customers and carry out registration, fee collection, collection, contract preparation, assist with implementing classroom scheduling and associated functions, gather data for a wide range of reports, and more.
Performs and oversees the administrative and clerical duties of the School Age, Sports and Youth Programs to include the reception desk. Maintains and manages waiting list, provide resource and referral for acquisition of care. Administers financial records and reports. Accurately computes, collects and records patron's fees. Complies, revises or retypes Operating Instruction (OI's), regulations, registration packets.
