Job Summary
This position is located in the Financial Systems and Reporting (FS&R) Branch, Financial Management Division (FMD). The purpose of this position is to serve as a subject matter expert for accounting policy and to assist with financial statement preparation.
The work will involve reconciling the agency's general ledger, preparing and reconciling trial balances, assisting with the preparation of financial statements, and assist with ensuring the accuracy of external reporting to Treasury.
Key Responsibilities
This position is a Career-Ladder position. The duties described are for the full-performance level. At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity.
