Job Summary

About the Position: Serves as an Administrative Officer for multipurpose civil works projects that include flood risk management, natural and cultural resources management, environmental stewardship, recreation, fish collection, and fish release facilities. Serve as a key senior staff who provides advice on administrative matters.

Provides guidance, assistance, analysis, evaluation, interpretation, support to personnel, financial management, HR and EEO matters for the project.

Key Responsibilities

Integrate the various administrative services required, such as personnel management, financial resources management, procurement, warehousing, records management, property management, employee timekeeping, and general office services.

Requirements & Education

FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
