The work performed involves providing substantive administrative services in a variety of program areas. The incumbent performs a variety of assignments involving all aspects of the administrative services management of the U.S. Attorney's Office (USAO) and serves as a point of contact for program and/or administrative issues and requests. Duties require knowledge of administrative support services to implement improvements that will promote responsiveness and effectiveness.
Some of the duties may include: Performs developmental and/or recurring assignments in support of the Acquisition/Contract Management Program Ensuring that office operations are conducted effectively and efficiently Formulating and executing the support services budget Analyzing support services processes and procedures Preparing a variety of reports Making purchases within delegated authority Maintaining purchasing and contract records Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
All academic degrees and coursework must be completed at a college or university that has obtained accreditation or pre-accreditation status from an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
