Job Summary

This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-3 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-9 and GS-10; the NT-4 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-11 and GS-12. You will serve as a Financial Analyst in the Weapons Control & Integration Department, Asymmetric Systems Division, Special Technology Integration Branch (Code H11) of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division.

Key Responsibilities

You will plan and execute program financials, including supporting the planning of financial budgets, documenting financial acceptance, and monitoring and tracking planned and actual incoming funding.

Requirements & Education

TO QUALIFY FOR NT-4: In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; OR Three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; OR An LL.M., if related to the position being filled; OR A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
