Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the AMC's Global Mobility Air Operations Center, to meet customer's needs and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Represents, advocates, and serves as subject matter expert for the Command on Global Air Mobility Air Operation Center mission/operations at various levels to include, DoD, State Department, Foreign government, other governmental and nongovernmental agencies, AMC Service/Joint Commands/USTC and other command and control agencies. Researches root causes for mission delays and highlights trends to leadership and recommends corrective action.
Researches and formats answers to inquiries and questions from various organizations to include AF, DoD and Congressional staffers.
