Click on "Learn more about this agency" button below to view Eligibilities being considered and other IMPORTANT information. The primary purpose of this position is to provide support for the 68 Rescue Squadron aircrewsurvival and flight equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- CriticalAccomplishes quality assurance inspections, responsible for devising, implementing, and executing acomprehensive quality assurance program encompassing various quality principles, inspectiontechniques, and evaluations pertinent to the functional programs of all assigned aircrew flightequipment personnel and their maintained equipment. - Manage and administer various quality assurance programs.
Establishes, develops, and upholdseffective working relationships with supporting Group and Wing functions. - Conducts briefings and preparation in support of AFE exercises. Using lesson plans, training aids, and other multi-media resources, performs platform instructor duties and plans, manages, and participates in field exercises as required. - Serves as the primary technical advisor within the organization of aircrew flight equipment.
Conducts research of technical and procedural specifications to ensure adherence to the Air Force Instructions, Technical Orders, engineering drawings, product specifications, safety and environmental standards, public law, and locally developed policies.
