Job Summary
This position is located in the Penonsion Benefit Guaranty Corporation's (PBGC), Office of Operations (OOO), Budget Department, (BD).
Key Responsibilities
The candidate selected for this position will: Perform comprehensive analysis of all high-value proposals to provide consolidated recommendations, review new proposals for systems and services. including IT support, verify costs and benefits, advise management on budget implications.
Direct, perform and/or coordinate very complex special projects and studies directed toward the improvement of budgetary methods, and procedures and the development of techniques or budgetary proposals to deal with new or revised requirements. Tracks investment execution and project status and provides guidance, procedural instructions, and formats to assist program managers in planning and estimating funding needs for the total budget.
