This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This is a Civil Engineer (Structural) GS-0810-12 position with the U.S.

Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, Engineering Division; responsible for developing and reviewing structural designs; and resolving structural design related problems arising during construction.
