WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Compliance Analysis and Improvement Specialist, you will: Apply social science methodologies and evaluation frameworks to assess program effectiveness, compliance, and outcomes in ORR-funded refugee and unaccompanied alien children (UAC) programs.
Design and evaluate data collection methodologies, including surveys, structured interviews, focus groups, and administrative data collection processes; Develop and refine monitoring instruments and data collection tools using research and evaluation best practices to ensure alignment with study objectives and data quality standards.
Develop new approaches and methods when established procedures are insufficient to meet program objectives; Refine monitoring instruments, data collection methodologies, and evaluation processes to improve consistency, reliability, and data quality.
Apply statistical and analytic techniques to evaluate relationships between program characteristics, service delivery models, and outcomes; Produce research reports, evaluation summaries, and analytical products to inform leadership decision-making and program improvements.
Foreign Education: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show that the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
