Job Summary
This position is located in the Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, headquartered in Washington, District of Columbia. Key Responsibilities
As a Social Science Research Analyst, you will: Conduct complex statistical analyses and program evaluations to assess performance, identify trends, and support data-driven policy and program decisions. Lead the development and implementation of research, evaluation, and performance measurement initiatives, including designing methodologies, developing performance indicators, and interpreting findings.
Provide expert technical consultation and guidance to internal and external stakeholders on statistical methods, data quality, performance measurement, and the application of research findings. Manage projects and collaborative initiatives by overseeing contracts and grants, leading workgroups, preparing reports and presentations, and developing innovative data visualization and dissemination products for diverse audiences.
Requirements & Education
Foreign Education: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show that the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
