Key Responsibilities
The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the 93 Air Ground Operations Wing. Duties: Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of 93 Air Ground Operations Wing ensuring that the wing special staff agencies comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents 93 Air Ground Operations Wing with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Represents Civilian Workforce interest to the Commander and Deputy Commander. Provides direction and guidance regarding 93 Air Ground Operations Wing policies and strategies.
