Key Responsibilities
This position is located at Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Headquarters Operations - Regulations and Rulings Division As the Director, Regulations and Rulings Division (RRD), you will: Serve as a key advisor to the Assistant Administrator (Headquarters Operations) on issues and matters concerning the Bureau's regulatory initiative programs and rulemaking projects.
Initiate and oversee the preparation and issuance of regulations, rulings, procedures, and guidance - relating to distilled spirits, wine, malt beverage, firearms and ammunition excise tax, and tobacco industries. Represent the Bureau on intra-agency and inter-agency task forces and special projects relating to RRD responsibilities.
