You will: Provide policy guidance and technical assistance across the agency, on issues related to equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative employment. Establish standards for measuring agency progress on workplace EEO and determine strategies based on trend analyses for offices and laboratories across the agency, to meet their EEO goals and objectives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, by performing tasks such as coordinating program activities and creating timelines and milestones. Provide guidance, advice, and training at the national level to collateral duty Special Emphasis Program Managers (SEPMs) in programmatic and regional offices and laboratories across the agency. One or more positions may be filled (in the organization advertised and/or in other organizations), if appropriate to the position.
