Job Summary
About the Position: Serves as an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Specialist, participating with the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Manager in accomplishing requirements of the Equal Employment Opportunity Program.
Serves as principal advisor to the EEO Manager for the Omaha District, and participates in the planning, organizing, analysis, review, evaluation and administration of an affirmative employment program designed to assist management in accomplishing its EEO mission.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure Special Emphasis Programs, Reasonable Accommodation, EEO counseling and formal complaints programs and administration are in compliance with Laws, Executive Orders, Regulations and Policies.
Requirements & Education
FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
