Job Summary
You will serve as an Equal Employment Specialist of CNSSC FLD DET MECH PA.
Key Responsibilities
You will advise agency managers, supervisors, and officials on Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) pre-complaint counseling requirements to support timely, compliant case handling under 29 C.F.R. Part 1614 and EEO Commission Management Directive-110.
Requirements & Education
GS-11 SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE: Applicants may substitute the following education for the required experience, provided it demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to do the work of the position: possess a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, LL.M, or have completed three full years of progressively higher level graduate level education leading to such a degree.
One year of full-time graduate education is considered to be the number of credit hours that the school attended has determined to represent 1 year of full-time study. If that information cannot be obtained from the school, 18 semester hours should be considered as satisfying the 1 year of full-time study requirement.
GS-11 COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Combinations of successfully completed graduate education and experience may be used to meet total qualification requirements. A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education. See Required Documents for additional information.
