The primary purpose of this position is to: Serve as an installation Equal Employment Specialist with the responsibility of supporting the execution of an integrated military equal opportunity and civilian equal employment opportunity program under on equal opportunity program office.
Key Responsibilities
Serves as an EO subject matter expert, advisor, and practitioner to the installation EO program on matters related to military equal opportunity and civilian equal employment opportunity Promotes an environment in which personnel are empowered to participate in and contribute to effective mission accomplishment Conducts training, human relations education, and outreach on EO and command climate related matters and helps ensure that the Total Force is equipped with knowledge about and have access to available EO resources Builds and maintains collaborative working relationships, advises, and liaises with key stakeholders and represents the EO office at official functions on EO related matters
