You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the ENGINEERING AND PLANNING DEPARTMENT of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD.

You will prepare detailed analytical justifications and interprets complex budgetary policies to demonstrate regulatory compliance.
Requirements & Education
GS-11 Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related or A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience
