This position is located at Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Financial Management Directorate (FMD), Reimbursable and Revolving Fund Division (FMDO). FMDO provides the oversight of appropriated reimbursable & revolving funds for the Office of the Secretary of War (OSW), the Office of the Director of Administration and Management (ODA&M), WHS, the Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA), and selected Department of War (DoW) Agencies and Field Activities.

Incumbents typical work assignments may include the following: The incumbent of this position serves as a Financial Management Analyst responsible for advising senior management. Responsible for providing expert analysis and research on special areas of concern and or assigned Order portfolios. Provides technical guidance and advice on all phases of the Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPE) pertaining to Reimbursable and Revolving Funds.
Conducts extensive research and makes recommendations that may impact on the structure, effectiveness, and efficiency of mission-oriented programs and operations.. Coordinates and plans execution related services, provides expert advice regarding the management of resources, and prepares forecasts that identify execution trends and issues with significant impact across the organization.

GRADUATE EDUCATION: One academic year of graduate education is considered to be the number of credits hours your graduate school has determined to represent one academic year of full-time study. Such study may have been performed on a full-time or part-time basis.
If you cannot obtain your graduate school's definition of one year of graduate study, 18 semester hours (or 27 quarter hours) should be considered as satisfying the requirement for one year of full-time graduate study FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S.
