Job Summary
This position is located in the immediate Office of the Assistant Secretary, Bureau of Political Military Affairs (PM). The PM Bureau includes a staff of Assistant Secretary, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary, three Deputy Assistant Secretaries, and eight offices, including Foreign Service Officers, Civil Service, military detailees, and contractors. Key Responsibilities
Serve as senior advisor to the Assistant Secretary and Principal Deputy Assistant Secretaries on political-military strategic engagements and policy issues of national and international significance.
