Key Responsibilities
As a(n) Grants Management Specialist, you will: Coordinate data calls, develop reports and analytics, analyze operational data, support systems, evaluate processes, and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and consistency. Apply grants management principles, regulations, and policies throughout the grant lifecycle. Analyze operations, monitor compliance, support audits and closeouts, and provide guidance to leadership and staff.
Conduct financial, administrative, and operational analyses. Review budgets and reports, evaluate metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to strengthen program effectiveness. Provide technical assistance on policies, budgets, compliance, systems, and procedures across all grant phases. Prepare reports and correspondence and coordinate initiatives to improve operational efficiency and consistency.
