This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serve as senior technical authority and consultant to Patient Administration Division, OTSG, and MEDCOM on all operational and regulatory aspects of the Disability Evaluation System, MEB processing, Reserve Component medical retention, and VA transition.
