The primary purpose of this position is: Manages day-to-day operations of perminant part) unaccompanied housing (UH) facilities to include dormitories, unaccompanied NCO quarters (UNCOQs) and unaccompanied officer quarters (UOQs) and adjacent service facilities and surrounding grounds.
- Plans and coordinates the activities of the Unaccompanied Housing (UH) Program, ensuring the UH progr.1m complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. - Represents Unaccompanied Housing Section with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. - Manages Unaccompanied Housing (UH) administrative operations with responsibility for UH planning and activity performance.
- Serves as the Base Civil Engineer's representative for unaccompanied housing mutters. - Independently conducts joint resident-management quarters inspections to evaluate the cleanliness, maintenance, and habitability) of the unit, furnishings, equipment, and facilities. - Performs studies and surveys to determine need capital repairs and replacements for family housing and barracks.
