The primary purpose of this position is: Serves as the Housing Privatization Program Managerresponsible for ensuringproject owner's (PO) compliance with transaction documents. Also provides financial managementoversight and analysisregarding the fiscal health of the project.

Key Responsibilities

Manages daily work associated with the operations and utilization of privatized housing. Performs financial analysis of installation housing privatization project and housing operations and maintenance (O&M) accounts using financial statements, budgets, historical data, and personal research. Provides information and assistance to management, housing personnel, and base leadership regarding the installation housing privatization project.
