You will serve as a Human Resources Officer (HRD)/ Human Capital Management (HCM) executive and principal advisor to the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Commander, Flag Officers, SES, ST/SL/SSTM members, senior leaders, supervisors, managers, and heads of serviced tenant activities on civilian workforce strategy, human capital policy, workforce readiness, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
You will provide strategic leadership and aligning the civilian workforce with NAWCAD's mission, workload, organizational priorities, and current and future capability requirements across all geographic locations.
This position is with Naval Air Systems Command, Department of the Navy.
