Job Summary

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the Human Resources Office (HRO) of NAVAL WAR COLLEGE.

You will manage and oversee the faculty hiring process for Title 10 hiring, providing expert-level guidance to Deans, Department Chairs, and senior leadership on recruitment strategy, hiring authorities, and workforce planning.

Requirements & Education

For GS-11: In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
